1. Introduction

By utilizing the services of Colibri Transportation & Tours, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Colibri Transportation & Tours, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.

2. Booking and Payment

- Bookings can be made through our website, email info@colibritransportation.com, or phone.

- Full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.

- No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Airport / Hotels / Airbnb Pick-Up

- For airport pick-ups, please provide your flight details during booking. Our driver will wait for you at the designated meeting point, holding a sign with your name.

- If you cannot locate your driver, please contact us immediately at info@colibritransportation.com or our contact number +506 83036782.

- Please be aware that there might be individuals at the airport offering luggage assistance in exchange for tips. These individuals are not affiliated with Colibri Transportation & Tours, and the decision to accept their assistance is at your discretion.

- For hotels, Airbnbs, or gated communities, please ensure to provide our company's information, including the driver's name and vehicle plate number, to security or the front desk prior to the transportation service. This will facilitate our access to the property and prevent any delays, as the relevant details will be shared with you the day before the service.

5. Flight Delays and Cancellations

- Please inform us promptly of any flight delays or cancellations to reschedule your service.

- A full refund will be granted if we are unable to accommodate the new schedule due to flight disruptions.

6. Service Disruptions

- In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to service disruption, we will reschedule the service or arrange for a new vehicle in order to continue with the service.

7. No-Show Policy

- Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled service without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Modifications to Bookings

- Any changes to your booking should be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.

9. Liability

- Colibri Transportation & Tours is not liable for delays, losses, or damages due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Privacy Policy

- We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy is available on our website.

- All our vehicles and services are covered with government insurance and have up-to-date government legal permits.
