Refunds Policy

Thank you for selecting Colibri Transportation & Tours for your private transportation needs in Costa Rica. We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth refund process when necessary.

Refund Eligibility

1. Cancellation by Customer:

- Full refund if cancellation is made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service.

- 50% refund if cancellation is made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled service.

- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

2. Flight Delays or Cancellations:

- Please promptly inform us of flight delays or cancellations to reschedule your service at no extra cost.

- A full refund will be provided if we are unable to accommodate the new schedule.

3. Service Disruption:

- In the rare event of service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown), we will arrange an additional vehicle to continue the service at no additional cost.

- Please note that Colibri Transportation & Tours is not liable for events beyond our control, such as street strikes or natural disasters affecting travel routes.

Additional Important Information

- Booking Modifications: Any changes to your booking should be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.

- No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled service without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

1. Requesting a Refund:

- Contact our customer service team via email, phone, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Facebook, or Instagram Messenger with your booking details to request a refund.

- Provide a clear reason for the refund request and include any necessary supporting documentation.

2. Refund Approval:

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.

3. Refund Denial:

- Refunds may be denied if the cancellation does not adhere to the eligibility criteria outlined in our policy.
